Within FrieslandCampina, the Enterprise Architecture Specialist is part of our Enterprise Architecture capability and as such responsible of aligning our technology strategy with business goals. This role can be based in Amersfoort NL OR Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Together with the Lead Enterprise Architect you are responsible for improving our architecture governance by implementing best practices and industry standards using LeanIX, e.g. in the area of application portfolio management. In addition, you play a key role in assessing new technologies or solutions to see whether they fit into our technology north star.
You will be supporting our 3-5yr strategy with innovation and business transformation towards future proof technology, as well as supporting the embedding of architecture into services and user adoption.
What we ask
We are looking for a candidate who brings a good combination of industry knowledge, technical expertise, and architectural insight and is willing to grow in the role. Specifically, we ask for:
Industry Insight: A broad understanding of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Consumer Products, or Retail industries, along with familiarity with supporting technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Microsoft.
Technical Proficiency: A solid grasp of modern technologies including cloud computing, data management, AI/ML, system integration, and cybersecurity.
Architectural Knowledge: Familiarity with established architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and SAFe.
Tool Experience: Several years of hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining LeanIX is a pre.
Architectural Versatility: A comprehensive understanding of the various layers of enterprise architecture—from business to technology—and the ability to apply them effectively with a fit-for-purpose mindset.

As an Enterprise Architect Specialist, you play an important role in advancing our Application Portfolio Management (APM) capabilities to the next level. Working closely with the Lead Enterprise Architect, you will help shape and maintain the Enterprise architecture landscape to ensure continuous alignment between business demand and technology support.

Team Details
As Enterprise Architecture Specialist you will be part of our global Office of the CIO reporting to the Head of the Office of the CIO, while functionally being accountable to the Lead Enterprise Architect. Further close collaboration is expected with our group of functional technology architects (domain, solution, data, integration, security, cloud, etc).
