About the ERP team

You will be part of the Structural Change department focusing on improving organizational processes and efficiency. The ERP team acts as an enabler for the business, working cross-departmentally to identify and implement technological solutions using MS D365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The aim of the team, which is currently planning to expand, is to continuously adapt to technological developments, particularly Microsoft's evolving platforms, and support various business units in becoming more effective.  

Your role as Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

As a MS D365 F&O Consultant, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver smart solutions within our MS D365 environment - with a primary focus on supply chain and inventory management processes. You’ll drive innovation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our F&O system to align with company goals and strategy. Working closely with the ERP team and key users across departments, you ensure seamless integration and optimal platform use. Reporting to the Solution Architect, you’ll be part of a team of four consultants and a soon-to-be-hired Product Owner, shaping our digital future.

Regular activities

  • Configure, develop, and maintain MS D365 F&O to support among others, purchasing, inventory management, asset management and (future) production business processes.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into scalable, futureproof system designs with minimal customisation.
  • Collaborate with the CE consultants to ensure smooth integration between F&O and CE.
  • Support users by troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.
  • Assist in testing updates and new features to meet business requirements.
  • Stay up to date with MS D365 roadmap, tracking supply chain relevant releases and advising on adoption.
  • Explore and promote AI/Copilot capabilities within supply chain processes to drive automation and predictive insights.

We ask

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven expertise in MS D365 F&O (Finance & Operations) with a focus on Supply Chain Management modules
  • Working knowledge of core Finance areas (GL, AP, AR or Cost Management) or eagerness to deepen finance skills - finance exposure is a plus
  • Understanding of Power Platform and integration patterns to extend MS D365 core capabilities is preferable
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English is required
  • Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset

  • Monthly gross salary for Medior role is between EUR 3.862 - 5.518 based on your experience
  • Monthly gross salary for Senior role is between EUR 4.596 - 6.565 based on your experience
