Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in demand forecasting
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in analyzing and interpret data
  • Qualification in business, or experience in Supply Chain /Operations/ Programme Management related field would be preferable

Job Summary

Lead SCM Projects aiming at developing and continuously improving the end to end flow of material, efficient utilization of available capacities and resources, in a safe environment and in order to meet customer demand, enhance material flow and optimise inventory.

Ensure compliance to policies, standards and governance of SCM processes through communication and training of the site SCM team.

Support the site SCM in executing the site SCM Strategy in accordance with the guidelines provided by the SCM Centre of Excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance versus contractual obligations for Repair, Scrap and Return as is units.
  • Report process performance to internal Stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Functional teams on how to mitigate issues and maintain performance versus metrics.
  • Work with other functions including but not limited to Operations, Planning and Procurement, to create a delivery plan for repaired items
  • Support customer reviews as required with delivery updates
  • Coordinate Repairs MPS process
  • Create Analysis to set Exchange Pool size and composition based on data/historical analysis.
  • Coordinate Safety Stock review with planning and Procurement based on forecast and historical data
  • Create internal demand forecast as input for the SIOP and MPS process.
  • To support delivery by creating PART 145 Certification to regulatory standards including but not limited to EASA, CAAC and CAA UK.
  • Support with production repair requirements including but not limited to E CofC and other customer requirements.
