Your goal

As AP/AR Coordinator, you’ll bring structure, clarity, and energy to our Finance operations. You’ll take ownership of all incoming and outgoing cash flow processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution. You’ll work closely with our Head of Accounting and play a key role in coordinating and motivating the AP/AR team in Deventer.

With your sharp communication skills and natural sense of team dynamics, you know how to bring out the best in others. You’re hands-on, proactive, and always looking to improve the way we work, while keeping the team engaged.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team;
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices, sales invoices, payments, and receipts;
  • Act as the first point of contact for the AP/AR team on process-related and content-related questions;
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes, propose improvements, and implement them together with the team;
  • Coach, support, and empower team members;
  • Collaborate with the Head of Accounting and help drive professionalization within our Finance department.

Your profile

  • A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in Finance, particularly in Accounts Payable and Receivable;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to connect, listen, and lead;
  • A hands-on, structured way of working combined with the flexibility to adapt;
  • Proactive, process-minded, and eager to improve ways of working.
