Therapieland is on a mission to make 100 million people mentally resilient through inspiring and connected psychology on demand. We seek a Tech Lead to spearhead our technical initiatives. In this role, you'll lead our teams to deliver exceptional services that benefit professionals and patients alike. Collaborate closely with our team lead, solution architect, and product and delivery teams to analyze project briefs, manage risks, and ensure successful project outcomes. Your expertise will not only drive high-impact technical solutions but also elevate our teams to achieve critical business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assessing project briefs to determine the technical parameters and required resources.
• Lead and develop technology projects, including setting goals, monitoring progress.
• Identifying project risks and formulating strategies to guard against them.
• Liaising with senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintaining industry knowledge.
• Implementation quality for scalability, reliability, efficiency and maintainability.
• Raise the bar in technical execution, excellence and ambition.
• Drive strategic projects to satisfactory conclusions.

Qualifications

• WO-level degree and thinking; MSc Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years proven experience in a technical leadership role.
• Ability to design and implement business domains into data models.
• Experience in developing cloud based SaaS applications.
• Excellent technical knowledge and skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EN (NL is beneficial).
• Organizational sensitivity with the ability to quickly gain deep insight into complex issues.
• Agile leadership from a management perspective.
