Internship Opportunity: Procurement Source-to-Contract

During your internship you will join the Source-to-Contract team, which is responsible for the execution and orchestration of procurement sourcing activities for Category Procurement Teams.

Based in Amersfoort, you’ll support sourcing activities, work on analysis to generate insights for Category stakeholders, and ensure that the correct buying channels are well maintained.

This position will give you the opportunity to experience both source-to-contract and category procurement dynamics at a global level, being part of a truly international team.

What we ask

• You have to be enrolled in B.A., BSc or Masters during the entire internship.
• We are looking for somebody who is proactive, with good communication skills, eager to learn, and has an appetite for delivering results. English proficiency is required. Excel skills are required.
• Preferred start-date: September 2025 - January 2025
• You're available to work within the department for 4-5 days a week (with a Hybrid working model)

Vacancy description

You will work with Source-to-Contract (S2C) Buyers, who are responsible for sourcing execution, contract lifecycle management, and content definition for the spend under various categories.

Example of activities that you will support:

• Defines the right content for business needs
• Develops and executes the sourcing calendar (Keelvar, RFx)
• Performs complex analysis and insight generation
• Works in close collaboration with all Procurement and business stakeholders in accordance with guidelines and policy
• Responsible for the KPI's on sourcing performance, Contract coverage, PO-rate and Handsfree PO-rate, % Blocked invoices
• Continuous improvement, drive automation/digitalization.
