Working as part of the GSC Learning & Development team to support the International L&D Team in the implementation of international and regional learning and development activities.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have the ability to follow set operating procedures, meeting service level agreements with a focus on quality and customer service. Candidates must have the energy and enthusiasm to work flexibly in a fast moving and ever-changing environment.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Administer learning activities and learning data within the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Create course items, manage registrations, and record attendance in the LMS within agreed timelines
  • Upload various learning materials to the LMS, including recordings, PDFs, presentations, and e-learning modules
  • Perform manual updates in the LMS, such as editing course titles, descriptions, and system settings to ensure a consistent and effective learning experience
  • Generate, analyse and distribute reports related to learning activities
  • Support other Team Members with administrative tasks related to the coordination of live learning events
  • Respond to learning-related inquiries and requests via the ticketing system, providing support to internal clients regarding learning services
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date records of learning-related cases and requests to support process continuity and knowledge sharing within the Learning and Development Team
  • Follow established work instructions and process steps for learning management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company standards and guidelines

  • Practical IT skills in utilizing the following tools to complete work: spreadsheets, databases, word processing, presentation and e-mail software
