Are you obsessed with creating ads that stop the scroll and convert? Do you love turning creative ideas into high-performing campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and beyond? Are you always spotting trends and testing new formats to stay ahead of the algorithm? Then this role is for you.

Join our Digital Marketing team and take ownership of full-funnel paid social campaigns across more than 17 countries. Using your experience, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest—ensuring that every ad aligns with our brand goals while delivering measurable results.

You’ll work closely with teams across Digital, Marketing, local offices, and our in-house Creative Agency. You’ll translate brand and commercial objectives into effective campaign strategies that drive growth and engagement.

As part of Rituals’ internal media agency, you’ll team up with other paid channel specialists while collaborating daily with our Sr. Paid Social Specialist. Together, you’ll push the boundaries of what’s possible in Paid Social.

Key result areas

  • Develop and manage campaign strategies for both global and local initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Take ownership of always-on performance campaigns in selected markets to drive online sales.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and actionable optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on objectives, timelines, and creative needs.
  • Support the continuous testing and implementation of new ad formats, tools, and platform innovations.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and Paid Social best practices to keep our approach fresh and effective.

You bring:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social, ideally in an international environment.
  • Proven expertise running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest (experience with Smartly is a plus).
  • A strong understanding of both branding and performance campaigns, and how to balance them effectively.
  • Confidence working with data and insights, turning analytics into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
