As a Technology Implementation Consultant with around 3 years of experience, you will support the delivery of tailored technology solutions by analyzing customer requirements and implementing technical configurations across the project lifecycle—from design to integration and testing. You’ll contribute to implementations for large enterprise clients, configuring solutions that impact users globally. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Implementation Consultants, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure successful delivery of Enablon ORM solutions. This position may require occasional travel depending on client needs.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Perform complex configurations and application modifications to align with client workflows using best practices.
  • Gather and document technical specifications in Functional and Technical Design Documents.
  • Manage software environments, including product packaging, client build specifications, and customizations.
  • Analyze, interpret, and implement customer-specific functional requirements and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to performance, security, networking, and databases.
  • Provide guidance on standard and customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate technical requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and mentor less experienced colleagues.

What makes this role fun?
No day is the same. One day, you are working on a small project for a local client, the other day you collaborate with partners in Spain or the US. The vast variety of tasks and customization options never leaves you bored. Together with a close-knit team, you help achieve results and make our partners and their customers happy.

About You

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical or business-related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role involving either software implementation, configuration, testing, business analysis or support.
  • Ability to work with structured data formats like XML and XSD.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
  • Comfortable working independently on assigned tasks and collaborating within a team.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is a bonus but not required.
  • Experience with SAP integration or ABAP is a bonus but not required.
  • Experience using GitHub or similar version control systems for managing code changes.
  • Understanding of Agile development practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus.

If you tick some of the boxes mentioned but not all of them, we would love to hear from you, too! What is important in this role is that you have a strong technical interest and the eagerness to learn, process information quickly and adapt on new projects and team constellations regularly.
