About this role
You'll be joining our Global Finance Operations team as a Global Process Owner (GPO) for Order to Cash (O2C), which is a pivotal role focused on optimizing our end-to-end finance operations and global process governance. We're seeking a leader who embodies our values of lead, deliver, and care, championing a customer-centric approach and fostering exceptional teamwork within your ~40-person team, which includes O2C Team Leads across various platforms. This senior position combines strategic process ownership with operational leadership. You will drive best-in-class billing, paying out our restaurant partners, credit management, cash application (including those coming through payment service provider), and collections processes across all legal entities, spanning our core restaurant partner business and our evolving JET Pay corporate client concept. You will report directly to the GFO Director. Your mission will be to define the global O2C process vision, lead standardization and automation initiatives, and ensure robust governance and compliance.
