Introduction
Within ASML, the Service Hub organization focuses on delivering on-time in-full field service items and commercial packages towards our customers to ensure maximal utilization of the machines in the field. To fully optimize this flow, we introduce the Direct Service Part process to deliver field service items directly from the vendors to the customer organizations. The process involves multiple departments (D&E, PLM, SO, CSCM) with shared responsibility and required precise timing for correct implementation.
Your assignment
As an intern in the Service Hub Safety, Quality, and Excellence team, your role is to help design a standardized control process that facilitates the inter-departmental communication and performance measurement. Furthermore, once the process is in place, you will also need to create a knowledge sharing portal that documents the necessary steps. To achieve this, you will need the following:
This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship for 6 to 12 months. The start date for this internship is preferred to be 01/09/2025.
