Manager Consolidation & Reporting

As Manager – Consolidation and Reporting you are responsible for overseeing the preparation, consolidation, and accurate reporting of the consolidated financial data of the PACCAR Financial Europe (PFE) group. You work closely together with the local accounting managers in the various countries and with the corporate consolidation department in the U.S. In your role you manage and coach an enthusiastic & diverse team of 3 people consisting of 2 Management Accountants and a Financial Analyst.

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Execute the monthly consolidation process of PFE according to the timelines and accounting policies of PACCAR/US GAAP
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to consolidation and reporting
• Manage the design of the general ledgers of the PFE subsidiaries with respect to the reporting requirements
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits related to consolidation and reporting.
• Prepare additional reporting of financial data as requested (e.g., international tax packages, transfer pricing documentation, performing SOx Controls, capital budget reporting and CBS reporting)
• Improvement projects as assigned
• You report to the Controller Reporting

Jouw profiel

• Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting/Business Economics
• At least 5 years of financial experience
• Knowledge and understanding of financial consolidation processes
• Strong internal control knowledge and awareness
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and preferable in Caseware, Exact and Power BI
• Hands on & strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of the English language
