Consumer Marketing Manager, Oral Healthcare

Your challenge:
As Consumer Marketing Manager in Oral Healthcare you are globally responsible for your own product portfolio and projects. You will be working on a leading global brand in Oral Healthcare. You are offered an attractive balance of strategic thinking and hands-on activity in an international business environment while taking initial ideas through to product development and market introduction. You have the opportunity to elevate oral care as an important part of a daily health routine that can reduce the risk and severity of disease.You will be a part of the Global Power Toothbrush category team. The team brings a wealth of international experience: your peers have background in various parts of the value chain, bringing experience in ‘upstream’ marketing as well as ‘downstream’ marketing e.g. from working in sales organizations or marketing communication. In your role, you will drive cross-functional teams and closely interact with Commercial organizations, R&D, Marketing Communication, Market Intelligence, Supply Chain and in-/external Suppliers.

Your role:

  • Lead the definition, development and introduction of new oral healthcare propositions (product and/or commercial innovation) that bring our consumers a superior performance and product experience.
  • Translate market, consumer, dental professional and competitive analyses into winning propositions for our key regions.
  • Integrate new concepts into a strategic product roadmap for your part of the portfolio that uniquely addresses the needs of consumers, retailers and dental professionals.
  • Deliver innovation to the market via the innovation product development process, from idea to product introduction, including creating and maintaining a business case.
  • Support the Power Toothbrush marketing team on product and commercial innovation projects, lifecycle management and market readiness. Ensure completion of appropriate deliverables (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing, business case etc.)
  • Manage own projects and ensure commercial success (sales, margin, market share, etc.)
  • Interact with cross functional teams, including research & development, supply chain, finance, design, marcomm, and regions to drive collaboration on your project deliverables.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to deliver actionable, impactful and visual recommendations to enable data-driven decision making.

You're the right fit if:

  • University degree or MBA qualified in a relevant subject area (for example business/strategic marketing, economics)
  • 5 years of relevant experience in an international business environment, preferably in the field of consumer marketing, product market introductions and value proposition creation.
  • A strong drive and advanced ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
  • Ability to analyze data and develop realistic and comprehensive Business Cases.
  • Strong in structured communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, and create network within the organization globally
  • Conceptual thinking in combination with a pragmatic attitude
  • Self-driven & entrepreneurial personality
  • Good organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal)
