Join Suitsupply’s IT Transformation: Product Manager – Business Analyst (IT Logistics & Fulfillment)

At Suitsupply, we’re modernizing our IT landscape—moving from custom-built, on-premise tools to scalable, cloud-first solutions. With a new Order Management System, ERP rollout, and ongoing Fulfilment optimizations underway, we're just getting started. To support this transformation, we’re looking for a Product Manager – Business Analyst to join our IT Logistics & Fulfilment domain. In this hybrid role, you’ll shape the product vision and dive deep into business needs to deliver smart, impactful solutions. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agile developers to elevate our supply chain operations.

What you do:

  • Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for IT Logistics & Fulfilment applications in line with business goals.
  • Manage the product backlog and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and IT deliverables.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user experience.
  • Break down complex projects into iterations, prototypes, and MVPs to enable continuous delivery of value.
  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes, including purchasing (raw materials), production, inventory management, warehousing, fulfilment, and distribution.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency gains, and scalability improvements.
  • Support change management and adoption for new or improved processes and systems.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders from Logistics, Buying, Finance, and IT to ensure product decisions are aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, integration partners, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure team alignment.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis and create dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
  • Support testing, validation, and acceptance of new functionalities and enhancements.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst role. Experience in retail/fashion logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain systems is a strong plus.
  • You can analyze complex, unstructured information, model processes, and translate findings into actionable insights and user-friendly documentation.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum and comfortable working in cross-functional agile teams. Conceptual understanding of software architecture and integrations is a plus.
  • You can distill complex business and technical concepts and communicate them effectively to various audiences. You are comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting outcomes.
  • You understand the needs of your internal customers and prioritize based on value and impact.
  • You take initiative, manage deadlines independently, and bring a can-do mentality. You enjoy solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of what drives success in supply chain and logistics for apparel retail. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Manhattan Active Omni, or other logistics-related systems is a plus.

What you get:

  • Autonomy: You will be empowered to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive real impact — no unnecessary layers of sign-off.
  • Growth: Your potential is as valuable as your current skill set. We encourage continuous learning and development to help you grow.
  • Opportunity: Make an impact across a truly international business with operations in 30+ countries.
  • Teamwork: Work in a talented, supportive, and collaborative environment where humor and mutual respect are valued.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: We work exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest sustainability and ethical standards.
  • Discount: 40% employee discount on all Suitsupply products.

Founded in Europe in 2000, Suitsupply has grown to over 90 international stores in cities such as Milan, London, Zurich, Amsterdam, New York, Toronto, Shanghai, Singapore and Hong Kong. In addition to our ever-expanding number of brick-and-mortar locations, we maintain a strong online presence, allowing Suitsupply to bring our style and top-tier service to all corners of the globe.

In an industry where fast fashion dominates and craftsmanship is fast disappearing, Suitsupply introduces a better option: one where no attention to detail or quality is ever spared. That’s why we use only the finest Italian fabrics sourced from mills such as Ferla, E. Thomas, Larusmiani and Vitale Barberis Canonico.

We have received widespread accolade from the likes of GQ, Esquire, and, perhaps most notably, a Wall Street Journal blind test that rated a $600 Suitsupply suit in a first-place tie with a $3,600 Armani.

While high-quality suiting at an affordable price point remain at the core of all that we do, our versatile range includes jackets, trousers, outerwear, shoes, accessories and attire available as prêt à porter and made-to-measure.

At Suitsupply, we pride ourselves in taking innovative approaches to traditional problems. This has led to the development of technologies such as our Design Your Own feature, our Garmentor app, and a commitment to in-house tailoring, providing quick alterations while you wait for a perfect fit every time. Each and every sales associate receives in-depth training through our acclaimed Suit School, bringing the unmatched level of passion and expertise that make Suitsupply’s customer service stand out.

The message is clear. We believe that nobody should leave Suitsupply with anything less than a perfect fit. If you’re equally devoted to quality, check out our jobs page for opportunities to join us.
