Over de functie

We’re in full transition. Landal is the result of a merger between two strong brands: Roompot and Landal GreenParks. With a new brand and a fresh digital direction, we’re shaping the guest journey of the future.

Many can create content, but content that inspires, converts, and scales? That takes a leader. Someone who sees the bigger picture, defines the course, and brings the team along. As Manager Content, you are that driving force at Landal. You’ll lead an international department made up of four specialist teams, totalling around 16 colleagues. Think: Content Specialists, Photo & Video experts, Product Data Management Specialists and Content Editors. Together, you’re responsible for all content across our website and app, from persuasive copy and inspiring imagery to detailed park information and product specs. And that for over 250 parks across multiple countries.

You’ll be part of the Digital Products & Experiences team within our Commerce domain, and work closely with colleagues from marketing, product development and digital. In this strategic key role, you’ll help build a modern, efficient and impactful content organization, one that’s future-proof, process-driven, and built for growth.

Dit ga je doen

You effortlessly navigate between strategy and execution. When needed, you're close to the content, but you also know when to step back and let your team take the lead. You think ahead, build strong relationships across the business, and ensure content is brought into projects from the start, not as an afterthought.

You understand how good content makes a difference. For our guests, who want clear and inspiring information. For the business, which relies on conversion and scalability. And for your team, which thrives on direction and purpose.

Je responsibilities:

  • Strategy & content development: You define and own the content strategy, with a strong focus on inspiration, conversion, and customer experience. You drive continuous improvement based on data, insights and user feedback.

  • Team leadership: You coach your team leads, support their growth, and create a culture of ownership and development.

  • Operational excellence: You ensure efficient workflows across content production, translation, and publishing. You optimise tools, processes and explore the use of AI to increase scalability.

  • Project & stakeholder management: You position content as a strategic partner within the business. You ensure early involvement in commercial projects, park launches and digital initiatives.

  • Budget & suppliers: You manage budgets and collaborate with agencies, copywriters, translators and content producers.

  • Performance & analysis: You work in a data-driven way, using dashboards and KPIs to track performance and steer actions.

In this role you report to Zoran Kovacevic, our Director Digital Products & Experiences.

Your work location will be our new office in Amsterdam Amstel (Wibautstraat). We’d love to see you work from the office. Of course it’s possible to work from home as well, with a maximum of two days a week.

Dit ben jij

You’ve built a strong track record over the years. You understand the dynamics of content, conversion and commerce. You know how to create structure in complex environments, guide teams through change, and build a department that’s ready for the future. You look beyond today’s tasks and see what’s needed to be better tomorrow.

You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams, easily switch between departments, know how to set priorities and aren’t afraid to make tough calls when needed. At the same time, you’re approachable, empathetic and know how to motivate people. You think from the guest’s perspective, and understand how to balance value, cost and impact.

Furthermore you bring:

  • A university-level degree (WO) with 8–10 years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience in an international content environment, preferably in e-commerce, travel, or retail.
  • Solid knowledge of content management systems, digital asset management, and a clear understanding of how AI and data analysis can add value to content operations.
  • Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus, but not required.
