About the role

As the Senior Ad Technology Manager specializing in Connected TV (CTV) at XITE, you bring a forward-thinking approach and deep understanding of CTV advertising technology and its impact on the media landscape. With over 4 years of experience in the advertising industry, you need to successfully navigate the convergence of television and digital advertising by leveraging cutting-edge CTV solutions. Your expertise in programmatic CTV, ad operations, and data-driven strategies will empower XITE to deliver immersive advertising experiences and drive revenue growth. Solid understanding of SSP/DSP architecture and their interactions within the programmatic ecosystem is essential to succeed in this role. You are dedicated to staying at the forefront of the evolving CTV ecosystem, playing a key role in advancing our ad-tech initiatives and contributing to the achievement of our strategic goals in this dynamic space.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Advertising Technology division, responsible for devising and executing CTV advertising campaigns that reach target audiences effectively.
• Implement programmatic CTV solutions to enhance audience targeting, maximize ad efficiency and increase ad revenue.
• Pioneer the integration of emerging CTV technologies, including ad insertion platforms, dynamic ad insertion (DAI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven advertising strategies, utilizing data analytics and CTV-specific metrics.
• Oversee end-to-end ad operations, ensuring seamless ad creative delivery, performance tracking and reporting, while maintaining high ad quality and compliance standards.
• Stay at the forefront of the CTV industry by closely monitoring trends, developing strategic partnerships and fostering innovation within XITE's CTV advertising ecosystem.
• Introducing CTV-specific ad tech solutions to enhance ad targeting, ad creative optimization and campaign performance.
• Maintain relationships with CTV ad tech vendors and stay updated on industry advancements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the advertising industry.
• Proactive and hands-on mindset.
• Analytical and preferably have a background in programming and working with SQL
• Extensive knowledge of ad servers, VAST and video ad serving and experience with working in Springserve/Magnite.
• Solid understanding of SSP/DSP architecture and their interactions within the programmatic ecosystem.
• Knowledge of CTV Advertising and Data-Driven Advertising Strategies.
• Experience with programmatic CTV Advertising, Ad Operations, Server side ad insertion and FAST channels.
• Knowing how to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• You live in the Netherlands (we work in the office at least 3 times a week).
