Role Overview
The Ad Sales Representative (ASR) focuses on managing and growing relationships with advertising clients, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue. This hybrid role combines consultative sales, data analysis, and customer service to achieve client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
Advertising Strategy: Analyze campaigns, recommend optimizations, and improve ROI using ad platform tools.
Client Management: Build long-term relationships, provide consultative support, and ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Execution: Handle inbound queries, conduct outbound calls, upsell features, and drive revenue growth.
Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across various formats.
Reporting: Deliver performance insights, manage pipelines, and track KPIs.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success and relay client feedback.
Required Skills
Sales expertise: Prospecting, cold-calling, and quota achievement.
Digital marketing knowledge: Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and key ad metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
Analytical proficiency: Campaign diagnostics, CRM systems, and data analysis.
Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Qualifications
Post-secondary degree (preferably in marketing or business) or equivalent experience selling digital solutions for 1+ years.
1+ year experience in sales, account management, or digital advertising.
Proven success in meeting quotas and driving business growth.
Proficiency in Norwegian and English.
