THE JOB…

Are you a hospitality pro with a sixth sense for hotel marketing? Good. Because we’re on the hunt for a Head of Hotels to lead the way. You’ll be the go-to for our hotel clients, steering the team, keeping projects running like a well-oiled room-service cart, and spotting opportunities before they hit the bookings radar.

This role’s a sweet mix of strategy, leadership, and getting sh*t done. You’re not just the client whisperer – you’re the glue between our hotel team in NL and our brand-loving clients.

What you'll be doing (aka your claim to fame):

• Running projects from idea to applause.
• Keeping our hotel clients smiling, informed, and ahead of schedule – always.
• Building and flexing your local network to create dreamy collaborations.
• Spotting new hotel clients and sliding into their inboxes like a pro.
• Supporting local initiatives that deserve the spotlight.
• Thinking commercial, acting strategic – and seizing opportunities like it’s your second nature.
• Juggling multiple projects while keeping the big picture crystal clear.
• Staying one step ahead with trends, launches, and fresh openings.

You know the hospitality scene like your own front desk. You breathe trends, live guest experience, and know exactly who belongs in our client family. Building relationships? That's your kind of long-term commitment.

HET TEAM…

You’ll be in the mix with a team of go-getters and fellow hospitality nerds. Plus, you're part of the management team, so yes, your voice matters. Think strategy sessions, campaign coordination, and occasionally petting the office dog.

Most days you’ll work from our buzzing Amsterdam HQ (just a croissant throw from Vondelpark), but if Spain is calling, remote work is on the table too. We believe in a dynamic, feel-good workplace. Celebration-worthy moments pop up often, and we make sure to toast to them.

THE SKILLSET:

• 36 to 40 hours of availability
• At least 5 years of hotel marketing experience
• A strong hospitality network (you know all the right people)
• Fluent Dutch and English
• A self-starting, team-playing attitude
• A mix of creativity and commercial brainpower
• Planning and multitasking mastery
• Strategic thinking paired with sharp marketing instincts
• A grip on digital marketing (think SEO, SEA, newsletters, Google Ads)
• A not-so-secret love for food, drinks & hospitality
