Introduction
The Deep Ultraviolet (DUV) Electrical Layout group is responsible for enabling efficient industrialization of electrical infrastructure in DUV systems. This includes safety checks, serviceability, and installation readiness. ASML systems undergo complex design and engineering cycles, and ensuring maturity of building blocks and production modules before integration is crucial. By benchmarking key performance and quality indicators, future designs can be better aligned with field performance, improving efficiency and reducing redesigns and delays.
Your assignment
The goal of this internship is to create a module maturity dashboard to provide a structured benchmark for various modules across key indicators. The focus areas include:
This dashboard will serve as a reference point to compare how new designs address historical issues and weak points. The intern will be responsible for collecting and structuring data from various departments, creating visual and analytical reports, and identifying maturity gaps. The results will support D&E teams in designing improved solutions based on concrete insights from current system performance.
