As our Manager of Procurement Operations, you’ll lead the complex transformation of our Procure-to-Pay processes from perceived administrative hurdles into strategic enablers. Your team ensures each purchase request flows seamlessly through Ivalua, every supplier relationship is set up for success, and small sourcing / contracting initiatives are being expertly managed. As the ambassador of procurement excellence and operations, you’ll build bridges between Finance, IT, and business teams, freeing everyone from manual drudgery. Leading a paradigm shift in procurement while keeping the operational engine running flawlessly. You’ll balance competing demands: How do you enforce compliance without becoming the “Department of No?” How do you drive digital adoption when some colleagues still practically fear Ivalua? What You'll Do as the Manager of Procurement Operations

As a key member of the Procurement leadership team, reporting directly to the Director of Procurement, you’ll own the Procurement operations agenda. Leading a specialized team of 3-4 purchasing professionals, you’ll help shape how bol purchases everything from laptops to logistics services. And your mission extends well beyond process optimizations – you’re part of building the procurement function of the future.

You’ll act as Ivalua’s most ardent champion, driving user adoption through smart system configurations and a heartfelt focus on frictionless user experiences. From defining automation rules to governing approval flows, you’ll make procurement feel less bureaucratic and more like business enablement. Your team will handle the entire process, from supplier onboarding (including risk assessments) to buying channel implementation, ensuring contract compliance and business support in purchasing.

Your influence spans the entire organization. You’ll partner with Finance on P2P optimization, collaborate with IT on system enhancements, and serve as a trusted advisor when business teams need tactical sourcing support. Through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives, you’ll transform procurement from a back-office function into a strategic value driver.

• Drive Ivalua adoption and enhancement, serving as a functional expert and strategic advisor

• Manage supplier data integrity and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
• Act as an escalation point and trusted advisor for procurement inquiries at all levels
