Lead Sales at Aerox

To be successful in this position you possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as process engineering or similar.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales and ability to translate complex features into customer benefits.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Proficient in digital sales tools and technologies.
  • Excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages, verbal and written.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Inspire and motivate the internal sales team to achieve peak performance.
  • Work with Sales Managers to set strategic goals and KPIs.
  • Translate technical product features into compelling sales pitches.
  • Present the unique value proposition of the Aerox injector and other solutions to customers.
  • Advise customers and prospects on targeted solutions that meet their needs.
  • Actively expand customer database by analyzing potential customers, visiting prospects and following up on leads.
  • Prepare quotes and convert them into orders. Follow up and monitor quotes to optimize conversion rates.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and communicate these to the inside sales team.
