Procurement Internship – Marketing at Coty

ABOUT PROCUREMENT IN AMSTERDAM

Our Amsterdam HQ organization houses Global Direct Category teams (responsible for Packaging, Raw Materials and External manufacturing) and Global Indirect Category and EMEA Procurement teams (responsible for A&CP, Business Services and Logistics). We are a diverse team of many nationalities and backgrounds with passion for people development and drive our Coty transformation journey. The teams identify improvements/projects and roll these out to provide added value, service and necessary funds to reinvest to the business to drive top line of our beautiful brands. 

As an intern in the A&CP (Advertising & Consumer Promotion) Procurement team, you will support the team in managing marketing-related procurement activities at a global level. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment and provides insight into the strategic role procurement plays in enabling brand growth and marketing excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support sourcing and procurement initiatives for marketing categories such as advocacy agencies, media, production, promotional materials and Consumer & Market Insights (CMI)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Legal) to gather requirements and help streamline procurement processes
  • Analyze spend data and supplier performance to identify opportunities for savings, innovation, and improved supplier relationships
  • Help prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal reviews or supplier meetings
  • Assist in running pitch processes, including coordinating timelines, collecting requirements, managing agency communication, and supporting evaluation and selection
  • Support project management activities, ensuring clear tracking of timelines, milestones and deliverables; help maintain governance and visibility through Monday.com
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and team projects as needed

  • Student (Bachelor/Master), it is important you remain enrolled with your university.

  • Analytical, good with numbers and strong excel skills.
  • Do not shy away from responsibilities and are happy to provide added value.
  • Proactive and hands-on
  • Capable of working on several projects with different senior team members at the same time
  • Flexible and love challenges
  • Good administrative & communication skills and like to work in a team
  • Fluent in English

Our preferred start date is in September 2025.
