Magnet.me is a growing tech company on a mission to make it easier to find a job you love or the talent you need. To speed up our growth, we are looking for a Growth/marketing intern starting in January 2026.

About the role

As our Marketing intern, you will have the opportunity to engage closely with our target audience, playing a pivotal role in driving our continued growth in the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Executing Offline Marketing Activations: You will be involved in organizing offline marketing activities both on and off-campus, ensuring that Magnet.me becomes an integral part of student life.
  2. Supporting Regional Marketing Initiatives: You'll directly set up and manage offline activations and events, ensuring smooth execution and optimal brand presentation. You'll support and guide our student teams in effectively promoting Magnet.me, ensuring our brand shines and engages our audience at every opportunity.
  3. Performance reporting: Analyze the performance of regional growth by city and report your findings to the Regional Manager.
  4. Strategy Development: Collaborate on and research new growth strategies for each city, contributing to the overall expansion of our brand.
  5. Optimizing Paid Advertising Campaigns: You will contribute to the optimization and scaling of our paid advertising campaigns, maximizing their effectiveness.
  6. Supporting Content Creation and Maintenance: You'll play a role in content creation by updating and maintaining our blog, social media channels, and other digital projects to keep our online presence engaging and informative.
  7. Participating in Creative Brainstorms and Meetings: You'll have the opportunity to engage in creative brainstorming sessions and attend stimulating meetings, fostering your growth and contributing fresh ideas to our marketing efforts.

  • A bit further in your studies; 3rd year bachelor or master is preferred.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (in speech and writing);
  • Driver's license;
  • Available for a minimum of 5 months
