  • Own the continuous monitoring and deep analysis of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain advancements, and fintech trends to inform product innovation and strategic planning.
  • Lead the development and execution of data-driven growth strategies that scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention in a dynamic and competitive environment.
  • Own the interpretation of market data, user behavior analytics, and financial performance metrics to guide cross-functional decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
  • Ensure all strategic initiatives and product developments adhere to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards within the crypto and fintech landscape, in close collaboration with legal teams.

This challenge is perfect for you if

  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding the early majority segment to inform product positioning, messaging, and user journey design.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and transactions while meeting cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and growth targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating user data and funnel metrics to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex or technical concepts to broad, mainstream audiences.
  • Working knowledge of legal and compliance standards relevant to crypto and fintech products, ensuring regulatory alignment across initiatives.
