What is Female Ventures?

Female Ventures is a non-profit foundation dedicated to empowering women in their professional journeys. We provide knowledge, inspiration, and networking opportunities through a blend of diverse events, an engaging online and offline community, and a professional mentorship program. Since our establishment in 2016, we’ve grown to over 1,400 members across five cities in The Netherlands, driven entirely by the dedication of 40+ passionate volunteers who share a commitment to female empowerment and Diversity & Inclusion.

How do we achieve this? We organize (online) events such as workshops, lectures, and other kinds of events, to inspire women and help them build their networks. During these events, women share their own stories and experiences under the pleasure of drinks and networking.

By uniting ambitious women and giving them visibility, we offer them a safe and inspiring environment to flourish, build a network and gain opportunities to venture.
