AE
- Deal size: €10–20K
- Target: €150K per quarter
- Segment: Full-cycle outbound AE with BDR/inbound support
- Responsibilities: Input on product, process, and team development
BDR
- Focus: 90% outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Approach: Scripting and outreach ownership, iterative testing
- Track: Founding team member status with fast progression to AE

Growth perspective: EMEA team scaling from 5 to 25 FTEs by end 2026, with plans for 5+ middle managers. Early joiners can grow into leadership roles.

Salary range: 60.000 | 80.000
