At Nedap Security, we work on smart and innovative access systems that make organizations worldwide safer and more efficient. We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
As an SDR, your primary focus is on creating high-quality customer agreements regarding physical security. You will work with large organizations such as multinationals and (semi) governmental organizations, where scale and complexity in the field of physical security come together. You play a crucial role in identifying and contacting stakeholders at key accounts, working closely with sales and marketing to fill the pipeline with high-value customer appointments/opportunities. For this, it is important that you can work a few days a week from our campus in Groenlo.
You will become part of our Market-Solutions Team within Key Market Security with colleagues operating both from our headquarters and remotely from different parts of Europe. This team includes commercial professionals along the entire customer journey, including Marketing, SDR, Sales, Solution Consultants, Account Management, and Customer Success. The Market-Solutions Team is led by our Market-Solutions Director and is responsible for winning new Key Accounts and growing our business with existing Key Accounts.
Within the team, you will be part of our DACH Sales Team, which consists of Sales Managers and the telemarketing agency. You will be responsible for Sales Development and work closely with the SDRs for other regions. You will be coached by our New Business Cluster Lead with whom you will have weekly contact about ongoing projects.
Communication with team members will take place both in the office and online. We meet as a team at least several times a year to exchange experiences, celebrate successes, and discuss plans and progress.
