Working at IKEA means working in a world of ideas. A world described by our own colleagues as a workplace where everyone is welcome and you can be yourself. Where together we make a difference for as many people and the planet as possible. But also a workplace where you determine your own career steps and where there is plenty of room for your practical creativity and ideas. And all that while working in a nice team with colleagues who are always ready to help you when needed.

The atmosphere within our team is open, transparent and with room to ask critical questions.
IKEA is a flat organisation, which means that in this role you will be closely involved in the sustainable development of our employees in the unit and you can actively support them in their well-being.
