People Communications Intern

We’re looking for an intern for the People Communications team to work on internal communications and employer branding: everything we do to connect with TomTom’ers and future TomTom’ers.

What you'll do:

• Brainstorm creative ideas to communicate with our people and potential candidates
• Help develop communication plans for key moments, such as company Hackathon, company celebrations and breaking news
• Get involved in copywriting, image editing, video production and other content creation
• Support the team in publishing to our internal and external social channels including our newsletter, intranet, LinkedIn, Instagram and Glassdoor
• Be part of events organization, playing a role in bringing initiatives to life and driving engagement
• Gather measurements and offer insights into the performance of our communications and channels to enhance our data-led approach

What you'll need:

• EU citizenship or enrollment in a Dutch university for all duration of the internship (to meet work permit regulations)
• Enrollment in a relevant program (e.g. marketing, media communication, HR)
• You have a knack for project management and content creation
• Your English is almost flawless
• You have great communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• You are very proactive, creative and have an eye for detail
• Be familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)

• 1,100 Euros/month (gross salary based on full-time work)
