We are now on the lookout for an enthusiastic intern to join our team and learn all the ins and outs of how our People & Culture department works.

What you can expect from the internship

As our People & Culture Intern, you will become an integral part of our dynamic People & Culture team, which includes the Director of P&C, 2 P&C Business Partners, a Corporate Recruiter, an Office Manager, and a System Administrator. This internship offers you a broad introduction to all areas of HR through hands-on experience and meaningful contributions. You will support the team in a variety of operational tasks and strategic projects, including:

  • HR administration: Assisting with contract preparation, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting salary administration, and serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries;
  • Recruitment: assisting with preparing vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating job interviews, onboarding & employer branding projects;
  • People & Culture projects: participating in various initiatives such as: our employee engagement survey and the follow up with initiatives, learning & development and cultural initiatives that support our team and organizational growth.

About you

  • You are currently enrolled in, or have recently completed, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • You are available starting July/August for 32-40 hours a week, for a minimum of 5 months;
  • You are pro active, accurate and excited to learn more about HR;
  • You are social and enjoy working in a diverse team;
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch is considered a plus;
  • You are based in or near Amsterdam.

This is a paid internship, with remuneration for the role set at 500 EUR per month (based on 40 hours per week). Keep in mind we’re flexible with your schedule and more than happy to collaborate with you when you’re available and not busy with classes, research or writing.
