Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Content & Communications Specialist to take the lead in shaping and delivering content across all platforms and touchpoints. This role involves managing everything from campaign storytelling and educational materials to in-app copy and content for partners. You’ll be the guardian of our tone of voice and content quality, working cross-functionally to ensure every piece of communication supports our goals and reflects our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and manage a unified content strategy across the website, blog, app, social media, and partner channels.
  • Build and oversee a multi-channel editorial calendar aligned with campaigns and product updates.
  • Define content types, tone-of-voice guidelines, and performance goals for each platform.
  • Coordinate localization and regional content efforts.

Content Creation & Execution:

  • Manage content production across formats including articles, videos, social posts, app copy, and email campaigns.
  • Lead the full content workflow: briefing, writing, review, QA, and publishing.
  • Collaborate with designers, freelancers, advisors, and marketing leads.

Content Governance & Quality:

  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain and improve the internal content style guide.
  • QA all published content across digital and partner-facing channels.

Website & SEO:

  • Lead the content structure for the website to ensure it is clear, up-to-date, and optimized.
  • Manage site content blocks and navigation elements to support education and conversion.

Social & External Content:

  • Define and manage organic social media content strategy.
  • Create and adapt partner-facing and co-branded content as needed.

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor KPIs and platform analytics to assess content impact.
  • Use insights to refine formats, channels, and messaging strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in content, communications, or digital editorial roles.
  • Strong portfolio spanning web, app, social media, and/or partner content strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage and implement cross-platform content strategies in the most efficient way.
  • Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills, especially in health, science, or B2C tech
  • Deep understanding of brand tone, editorial standards, and structured content
  • Vast experience in collaborating and managing designers, agencies, freelancers, and stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Familiarity with SEO, accessibility, and content localization
  • Fluent in English (Native-level English proficiency preferred). Additional language skills, especially Dutch, or German are a plus
  • Excellent project management skills are required
