Rabobank Talent Thesis Internship: Risk & Finance Rabobank

Are you an ambitious MSc student looking to conduct your thesis research within Rabobank’s Risk & Finance department? We offer you the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in practice and make a valuable contribution to our organization. During this graduation internship, you will work on a specific research project that aligns with your studies and interests.

Examples of projects/tasks

• Conduct in-depth research on a relevant reporting or risk management topic.
• Analyze data and prepare research reports.
• Present your findings to the management team.
• Perform risk assessments and analyses.
• Develop risk models and tools.
• Conduct stress tests and scenario analyses.
• Monitor and report on risk profiles and trends.
• Contribute to strategic analyses for Rabobank.
• Collaborate with various departments to support your research.

You and your talent

• You are a Master’s student in one of the following fields: Finance, Economics, Business Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, or another relevant field with a suitable research topic.
• You have strong research and analytical skills.
• You are available for a period of 3 to 5 months, starting on 1 September 2025. A different start date is possible in consultation.
• You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
