The Account Manager is responsible for converting client projects specifications into research results and maintaining a positive client relationship. This is accomplished through consultation on fielding methodology, management of client expectations and project results throughout data collection.
This position will be managing projects in our CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) division.
