Many of these ad agencies rely on our tools to maximize their impact, and the more sophisticated and accessible we can make these tools, the more effectively they can manage complex campaigns at scale. As the Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape how they interact with our platform, directly influencing the success of tens of thousands of partners and, ultimately, the shopping experience of 13.7 million customers. The biggest challenge

Building a scalable agency proposition from the ground up while maintaining pixel-perfect design standards. Success requires balancing multiple perspectives: what agencies need to manage dozens of client accounts, what partners expect from their agency relationships, and how our platform can facilitate this ecosystem. You’ll need to translate complex workflows into elegant interfaces while laying the groundwork for future integration plans, specifically for our ambitious OnePortal project that reimagines the entire partner experience. How do you create an MVP that’s both immediately valuable and conceptually robust enough for long-term evolution?

What you'll do as Senior Product Designer Agency Proposition

As part of the Partner Journey team, you’ll lead our agency proposition from concept to reality. You’ll immerse yourself in the world of advertising agencies—understanding how they can boost the performance of (mainly) market-leading brands on bol and beyond. This isn’t about adding eye candy; it’s about fundamentally rethinking how third parties integrate with our platform.

Working closely with a Product Manager, engineers, and product analyst, you’ll lead discovery initiatives that uncover and resolve real pain points agencies face. You’ll conduct intensive research and solicit direct feedback from pilot users to identify improvement opportunities for our agency proposition. And your designs will span the entire experience—from seamless onboarding flows to sleek campaign management dashboards.

One of the unique aspects of this role is the opportunity to contribute to our OnePortal initiative, which will rebuild partner environments from scratch. Your design skills and attention to detail will be essential as we create a unified, best-in-class experience. You’ll make both front-end decisions (crafting what users see and interact with) and influence back-end choices (ensuring feasibility and scalability).

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead user research to discover agency needs, pain points, and opportunities
  • Design end-to-end solutions for agencies, managing multiple advertiser accounts
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma that bring complex workflows to life
  • Develop detailed designs for dashboards, onboarding flows, and campaign management interfaces
  • Validate designs through continuous customer research and iterative experiments
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to achieve consistency at scale
  • Champion design-thinking and customer-centricity across the design community
  • Shape the future OnePortal experience, fully leveraging your design expertise
