Top 250 events intern
Rotterdam, 32-40 hours a week, start date: August/September
Are you ready to organize the annual event for the Top 250 fastest growing companies in the Netherlands?
Please note: Due to a shortage of student housing and to align with student visa requirements (if applicable), we require for your application to be considered that you are enrolled with a Dutch university (of applied sciences) or college, your internship is a required part of your study programme, and you should already be located in the Netherlands.
As an event management intern, you will support the organization of the largest scaleup event this fall. You will be involved in all facets of event management; from practical matters such as technology to decoration and catering, to marketing and communication to invited participants and overseeing the execution of the event on the day itself.
In addition to organizing the Top 250 event, there will also be room to be involved in other events, projects and activities. This will give you the opportunity to learn more about entrepreneurship, innovation and startups, we offer you the chance to get to know the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Rotterdam better and to build a network for your entrepreneurial career!

Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship (ECE) is a leading international centre for entrepreneurship education and research. Located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, ECE empowers aspiring and seasoned entrepreneurs through knowledge, networks and access to resources, enabling them to turn their ideas into thriving business ventures. As an intern within the organization, you will become acquainted with the many aspects of entrepreneurship and have the opportunity to work on various projects. We work with an energetic and driven team of ~15 people and an excellent working atmosphere is paramount. Our office is located in the heart of Rotterdam amidst a vibrant entrepreneurial community at Microlab where we have daily office lunches and weekly networking drinks.
