As a Technical Editor at Lely, you ensure that our service technicians around the world have the right technical information at the right time. You develop clear, practical, and directly applicable content to support technicians in troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of our innovative milking robot, the “Astronaut.”
Your primary focus will be creating structured troubleshooting workflows in our service app and composing our periodic technical newsletter.
You also play a key role in maintaining and updating technical documentation—whether driven by user feedback or your own initiative. To do this, you’ll collaborate with colleagues from product development and technical support to collect input, analyze it, and translate it into valuable content. Your main user in mind? The field technician who needs to act quickly and efficiently.
