As a Change Expert at ASML, you bring structure, clarity, and momentum to transformation.

Role and responsibilities

Working within the Culture & Transformation team, you provide change leadership across Risk, Business Assurance & Security (RBA&S) initiatives — ensuring new ways of working are adopted effectively. You also drive alignment and integration across broader transformation programs. Your work enables people and teams to navigate change with confidence, so ASML can evolve while staying ahead.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team of change managers and project managers responsible for guiding and implementing strategic change initiatives related to Risk, Business Assurance & Security across ASML. This includes developing tailored change approaches, mentoring stakeholders, and ensuring adoption across business areas. As Change Expert, you will:

  • Provide change management expertise across RBA&S-driven initiatives.
  • Lead and support change planning and execution across Culture & Transformation programs, including RISE.
  • Translate strategic change goals into actionable approaches tailored to context and audience.
  • Coach and guide program leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders on change adoption.
  • Coordinate change interventions and communications across global and local teams.
  • Monitor adoption, identify risks, and adjust strategies to drive sustainable outcomes.
  • Contribute to the growth of the change community by building change capabilities across teams.
  • Act as a connector between RBA&S, the business, and transformation stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency.

Education and experience

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Behavioral Science, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or a related discipline is an advantage).
  • Experience in organizational development, business administration, project management or a related field is desirable. Professional change management certification is an added advantage.
  • Broad work experience in change management, ideally within large-scale and complex organizational development projects.
  • A professional change management certification is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage change across functional areas and business domains.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, change processes, and stakeholder communication in a matrixed environment.
  • You are in possession of a valid working permit for the Netherlands.

Skills

Working at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always face new challenges. You’ll be part of a dynamic work environment where collaboration is key and there’s space for bold ideas and innovation. To thrive in this job, you’ll need the following skills:

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
