Are you passionate about creating learning experiences that truly move the needle? Join us as a Sales Enablement Manager and help us scale “Elevate,” our global sales enablement program—from onboarding rookies to empowering sales leaders. You’ll own and run core learning cadences, partner cross-functionally, and directly impact performance across a fast-growing, global sales team.

What you'll do

As our Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll be the operational engine behind our global enablement efforts. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Lead, you’ll be hands-on in designing, delivering, and refining training programs that support both foundational onboarding and advanced skill development through our Elevate program.

You’ll take ownership of onboarding and Sales Masterclasses, ensuring every session is impactful, well-executed, and tightly aligned to our go-to-market strategy. You’ll also collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Customer Success to keep content sharp and relevant—and to gather field insights that drive continuous improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the performance, confidence, and capability of our sales team on a global scale - and having a bit of fun while you do it.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver and continuously improve onboarding programs for new commercial hires
  • Manage and run Sales Masterclasses, including speaker coordination and post-session feedback
  • Support the design and rollout of learning modules within the Elevate enablement program
  • Maintain and structure enablement content, resources, and documentation
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product to align learning with business priorities

Who you are

You love building structured, scalable programs and seeing the impact of your work in how people perform. You bring a blend of strong coordination skills, a learning mindset, and a natural curiosity about how sales teams win. You’re not just delivering content, you’re helping people succeed, have fun and feel part of something bigger.

You’re collaborative, organized and proactive; ready to roll up your sleeves and drive execution in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. In essence, we think you’ll really excel in this role if you have:

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, L&D, or a related role in a B2B/SaaS environment
  • Experience executing + delivering onboarding or recurring learning programs
  • Confidence running projects end-to-end with high attention to detail
  • Solid communication + presentation skills plus a collaborative approach
  • Strong familiarity with Google Suite and learning or content tools (e.g. LMS, CRM etc.)

Backbase CXP deploys a new, omni-channel presentation layer over underlying infrastructure and IT systems, allowing enterprises to deliver personal, relevant experiences to customers on every device, in any context. Backbase CXP gives enterprises the tools and functionality they need to transform their tired online and mobile channels into engaging customer experiences, holistically managed from a single platform.

Industry analysts Gartner, Forrester and Ovum recognize Backbase as a leader in terms of customer experience, mobile and omni-channel focus, innovation, and time-to-value. Unlike most traditional IT portal vendors, Backbase has created a modern, business-driven solution that makes CXP management easy for digital professionals. This means lower costs, and more flexibility for optimizing all online channels without the need for IT support. Backbase CXP’s lean, widget-based architecture provides the flexibility and agility enterprises need to create modern experiences that truly empower business owners and customers.

The unique Backbase approach enables enterprises to drive self-service, fuel online revenues and turn their online channel into a full-service customer experience platform. Global organizations such as GE, ABN AMRO, AIG, Nation Wide, Nordstrom, KPN, Bank of America, Barclays, ING, UBS and Visa have improved their online customer interactions and maximized online customer experience, retention and conversion, by leveraging Backbase’s technology.

Backbase was founded in 2003 and is privately funded with operations in New York, Atlanta, Amsterdam, Singapore, and London.
