• Able to position Capgemini Engineering at CxO level for strategic, high-impact deals.
• Master negotiator and consultant who aligns stakeholders

• Bachelor or Master
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an ambitious and commercially driven environment.
• Demonstrable experience in generating business, preferably Engineering or R&D related.
• Developing and maintaining contacts at management and board level.
• Good command of Englisch and ideally Dutch language.
