About the role
Account Executive opportunity in Leiden, working with a Marketing Performance Platform. Join a local team including a Head of Sales and 3 Account Executives. This is a 100% new business, hunting role, covering Western & Northern EU and the Americas, with territories split by region.
You will manage the full sales cycle, with a strong inbound machine already in place. The focus is on outbound sales, with inbound leads as an added bonus.
Key Details:
- Quota: 400k ARR per year
- Current average: 3-4 deals per month
- Both AEs overachieved last quarter's target
- ACV: increased from 3.5k to 11k ARR in one year
- ICP: digital marketing agencies (ATL), SMB accounts between 20 to 100 employees
- Sales cycle: 2 months
Must haves:
- Start-up ready
- Full cycle new business experience, at least 1 year within SaaS
- Tech savvy
Nice to haves:
- Sold into digital marketing agencies
- Experience with transition towards bigger ACV deals
- Value based selling / MEDDIC experience
Salary range: €100.000 – €130.000 OTE (50/50 split), 3 extra wellness days, stocks (5% of base)
