About the role
SDR DACH (Inbound)
Product: Sales Enablement Software
This is an inbound SDR role where you will:
- Qualify inbound leads
- Engage with prospects to determine fit
- Book qualified leads for Account Executives
You'll be working in a high velocity sales environment, with most leads being inbound or warm. Almost all targeted clients have already been in contact or come inbound. Deals average €170 MRR with a typical sales cycle of 1 month.
Unique opportunity: Grow into an Account Executive within 6-7 months!
Must haves:
- No real experience required, besides studies and character
- Energy, strong work ethic, and intelligence (HBO/WO)
- Focus on culture fit: intelligent, sharp, strong work ethic
- Some form of sales experience (door-to-door, calling, etc.)
Nice to haves:
- BDR experience
Salary range: €45.000 – €60.000
Language requirements: German native + English
Location: Dusseldorf or Rotterdam
