Introduction

We are looking for an intern who is curious about talent-related practices and trends, and wants to explore connections between our internal talent acquisition landscape and the external labor market. Someone who will join our enthusiastic and diverse team to help us define areas of opportunity for talent acquisition.

Your assignment

In this role the successful candidate is expected to (indicatively):

  • Collect and analyze external labor market data
  • Combine external and internal data to identify areas of opportunity for talent acquisition linked to the long term growth requirements of ASML
  • Conduct analysis to identify potential gaps in the global talent acquisition processes and suggest enhancement opportunities.
  • Be familiar with descriptive- and diagnostic analytics
  • Effectively communicate findings, either through presentations or dashboards/reports.

This bachelor or master apprentice internship is for 3-5 days (max 2-3 days working from home, depending on total working hours), duration of 6+ months. The start date of this assignment is September, 2025.

Your profile

To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:

  • Are a bachelor or master student in the fields of Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or other related field
  • Have some experience in projects or studies potentially linked to social research methods, data analytics, or improvement of talent acquisition practices.
  • Are excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Have proficiency in English

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
