WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Our aim to help land Best in Class NRM capabilities for Unilever and consequently this role focuses on 4 main areas:

  • Land NRM Tooling to enable automated NRM insight generation
  • Power Up CSPs with AI powered tools to drive real time decision making and seamless user experience
  • Embed tooling adoption across markets
  • Deliver NRM Change management to become the growth engine for Unilever.

Be the preferred partners for retailers through a fair & equitable trade investments that will support our strategy & brands to develop retailer and UL businesses at top & bottom line through value creation

  • Leads inputs on pricing ambitions and investment guidance (F4G) to accelerate BG Strategy with BU/Market lead
  • Drive growth at category & brand level aligned with the portfolio transformation.
  • Drive Channel transformation through its Specific Business Drivers Maximizes ROI
  • Identify patterns & principles to support our Sales fundamentals and brand development plans creating a competitive advantage. e. Support key strategic cells on its channel/ commercial roadmap align with category strategy principles.
  • Design and Implement Positive Mix and Pack Price Architecture Strategy to drive sustainable cost coverage and GM/UOM improvement and sustainability following Positive Beauty

  • Partner with finance to design principles for new business models (eg Argus) that will enable new business and portfolio acceleration

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • NRM excellence,
  • Customer & Channel P&L understanding,
  • Digital Business Commerce P&L, Category Management; Category Growth Management; Data-Drive Mindset.
  • Prior experience in NRM
  • Prior experience in a CD role or CD Finance ·
  • Cat Man understanding / Price Elasticity / Demand Spaces understanding
