About the role:
Are you ready to lead the development and optimization of our key commercial platforms? As the Product Owner of our Commercial Tooling, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our commercial planning, pricing, retailer stock management, and revenue management platforms. You'll develop strategies to optimize business performance, focusing on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer trends. You will ensure that commercial insights are translated into actionable strategies to support our commercial teams globally.
You'll collaborate with the Commercial Excellence team, Markets, Supply Chain, and others to deliver best-in-class tools through our partners. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement, supporting adoption by key stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality commercial planning and analytics tools.
The impact you’ll make:
- Lead the development of the commercial digital platforms to accelerate the Versuni commercial organization
- Team up with Commercial Excellence, Markets, Supply Chain, and others to deliver best-in-class tools through partners
- Drive a mindset of continuous improvement among partners to keep optimizing commercial effectiveness
- Support the adoption by key stakeholders with the Commercial Excellence team
- Deliver key commercial planning tools (e.g., CIT, NOOS, relevant SAP modules) on time and with the right quality
- Deliver key commercial analytics tools (e.g., Pricing model, Price Volume Mix Cost modelling, line chart) on time and with the right quality
- Co-own the commercial platform roadmap with Commercial Excellence
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Good knowledge of agile frameworks and prioritization
- Demonstrated track record of tool implementation and optimization
- Ability to translate commercial business needs into tech requirements
- Affinity with commercial mindsets and ways of working
