As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team (HR Manager and HR Advisor) within the HR Numico Medical Devices (NMD) team through various HR projects and HR cycle (for example Talent Review process), data analysis with our HR dashboard, and much more.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our HR Team
• Support & learn different parts of the HR Cycle (development conversation, salary review and bonus payments etc.)
• Support on upcoming projects/ad-hoc activities with different members of the HR team
• Support on engagement actions
• Support on implementing and improving onboarding
• In cooperation take on projects that match your interest

This internship has an international focus and is based in our beautiful Zoetermeer Factory. Furthermore, you will be supervised and guided by Liza Overgaauw (HR Manager NMD.BV), but with close support from the HR Advisor.

Sobre ti

As a Human Resources Intern, being passionate about people and HR is second nature to you. You are action orientated and a self-starter. On top of that? You are a curious person, who’s not afraid of challenges and looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in July 2025, for a minimum of 5 months, 3-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written; Dutch is considered as a plus;
• You are able to work from Zoetermeer, at least 2-3 times per week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
