Lead a team of local Bid Managers, Strategic Business Architects, and Solution Business Developers

Your role:

  • Accelerating solution culture across the entire Market organisation (Sales, Marketing, Solution delivery);
  • Developing LSPs & implementing Solutions Localization (NPI);
  • Creating a Solution funnel in accordance with customer pain points;
  • Driving strategic customer engagements (LSPs);
  • Assessing solution Market fit & localizing/managing portfolio within Zone – incl. NPIs;
  • Identifying and engaging with first-of-kind customers and co-creating pilot solutions;
  • Building Local Business Model VPs incl. commercial strategy;
  • Consolidating local voice of the customer;
  • Managing innovation & research initiatives.

You are a part of

The Solution Health Systems Europe Market organization. You will report to the Solutions CoE Leader EU, with a dotted line to the Zone Leader. You will manage a team of Bid Managers, Strategic Business Architects, and Solution Business Developers.

You're the right fit if:

  • Proven skills in solution selling and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Master degree, MBA or equivalent.
  • Proven senior leadership experience, ideally across different countries/markets.
  • Ideally in-depth experience in the Health Systems industry.
  • Acts as a role-model for our Leadership Asks, which includes our Philips behaviors: Customers first; Patient Safety, Quality and integrity always; Team up to win; Take ownership to deliver fast; Eager to improve and inspire.
  • Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross businesses, and cross functions.
  • Bringing people together and aligning them around common goals; leverages the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports; take ownership per agreed Philips Business System Framework.
  • Leads, coaches, directs and motivates the team towards a common goal, encourage diversity.
  • Customer intimacy: driven by a strong external focus understanding the industry and market dynamics.
  • Problem Solving skills. Able to find solutions to difficult or complex issues. As a LEAN Leader drives continuous improvement via applying LEAN methodology.
  • Results oriented: take personal accountability to deliver results.
  • Skills in collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders.
  • Skills in leveraging capabilities: works across internal and external boundaries to maximize value for Philips through simple solutions.
  • Quality first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
