Global Business & Marketing Analyst

We're building a new global marketing team for commercial business and looking for a sharp, proactive Business & Marketing Analyst to help us unlock data-driven growth. From specifiers to developers, utility companies to installers — you’ll help us understand how different players across markets think, buy, and behave.

This is your chance to shape our commercial strategy with real impact — and be at the heart of the transition to sustainable energy.

What will you do?

  • Dig deep into internal and external business data to uncover trends and market opportunities.
  • Design and lead market research projects across multiple European countries — including surveys, voice of customer insights, and competitive analyses. This for our different customer segments like specifiers, contractors, commercial homeowners to installers.
  • Analyse performance of our customer experience with tools like the NPS and dive into the effects of marketing campaigns.
  • Build strong connections with local teams to enrich and validate insights.
  • Share your findings through clear, visual, and compelling reports that guide decisions.
  • You help build dashboards that show what matters — from customer behavior to campaign results — all in one place
  • Be the go-to person for all things customer insight and market research.

This position offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to grow in a new marketing team where you can make the difference and work together with our international colleagues all over Europe. This is a hybrid role, based out of Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. To ensure close collaboration, you are invited to work on-site in Apeldoorn 1-2 days per week (good2know: we also have a hub in Amsterdam). We support your home office set-up, travel costs, and provide flexibility regarding hybrid work.

About the team

You will be be part of a brand-new international commercial team reporting to the Group Marketing Excellence Manager.
This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with colleagues in the UK, Benelux, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Turkey — helping us strike the right balance between global direction and local nuance. You’ll have the chance to influence how we structure and scale our market intelligence efforts from the ground up.

What you bring?

  • A bachelor’s degree in for example, Economics, Data Science or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in b2b environment.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (surveys/focus groups etc) and experience working with NPS is a plus
  • You combine sharp analytical skills with a methodical mindset — ensuring no data point or nuance gets overlooked.
  • The ability to speak and write English at a professional level.
  • A real team player with a solutions-focused and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint
