Own the Processes That Keep the World of Food Moving

As a Global Business Process Owner – Spare Parts, you’ll ensure our end-to-end processes are optimised, standardised, and future-ready. Join our international team based in Eindhoven, where your work will impact everything from customer experience to global supply chain performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of Spare Parts processes — from order entry to shipment — with a focus on harmonisation, innovation, and collaboration. You’ll also act as the Business Process Expert (BPE) for OFT and procurement-related topics.

  • Lead the design and execution of global Spare Parts processes, aligned with KPIs and JBT Marel strategy
  • Drive cross-functional improvements in IT systems, master data, reporting, and business transformation
  • Collaborate with other Global BPOs, Global Spare Parts BPE’s and local Key-Users to align strategies and ensure synergies across business functions
  • Support documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of critical workflows
  • Act as the go-to expert for resolving process-related issues and variations across regions
  • Ensure internal controls are in place and manage associated risks within the Spare Parts ecosystem

What Kind of Person Are You?

We’re looking for a motivated professional who thrives in complexity and sees challenges as opportunities. You're structured, analytical, and love getting things done — with people and through process.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Spare Parts or related end-to-end process domains
  • Experience and extensive knowledge of lean and business process methodology
  • Strong knowledge of ERP (especially SAP), PLM, and process documentation tools
  • Proven track record in leading change, standardizing processes, and working cross-functionally
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); Dutch is a plus
  • Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 10%)
