About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Lead to join our team for an SAP Brownfield project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-volume architectural and technical SAP S/4 solutions, extensive knowledge in SAP RISE, and over 10 years of SAP Basis experience on S/4 Transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP Brownfield Project: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP Brownfield project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Architectural and Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on high-volume architectural and technical SAP S/4 solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
• SAP RISE Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of SAP RISE to drive the transformation and modernization of SAP environments.
• SAP Basis Management: Manage and maintain SAP Basis components, ensuring the stability and efficiency of SAP systems throughout the transformation process.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the SAP Brownfield project, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP system performance and business processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of SAP Basis experience, with a strong focus on S/4 Transformation projects.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of high-volume architectural and technical SAP S/4 solutions.
• SAP RISE: Proven knowledge and experience with SAP RISE.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA).
• Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific SAP solutions and best practices
