The role

Within the Operations/Planning team the person will work at the intersection of planning and system development, taking part in the improvement of the planning process and efficiency of operations.

We are looking for someone who can actively contribute from the start and has some experience with ERP systems and planning. The person will report to the Planning Lead, collaborating closely with the Lead for Retail Operations, the Operations Manager and the other Operations and OOH team Leads.

Main activities and tasks

Planning

From forecasting to inventory control, in this position you will be actively involved in the company’s planning activities, supporting both operational and the strategic planning of product categories and sales channels. The person will support internal stakeholders by proactively identifying potential supply chain and process challenges. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support for planning operations across both online and retail business channels
  • Data analysis and dashboarding
  • Deliver daily support to the Planning Department through scheduling, data entry, and cross-departmental coordination
  • Support cost control activities (analysis, process optimization, inventory optimization)

Systems

As the company’s operations are growing, the need for reliable systems that can support decision making at both functional and strategic levels is increasing. You will be the internal to go person for operational aspects of the ERP system (troubleshooting, training, development of new modules/functionalities) and will need to proactively identify areas where IT support is needed, ensuring quick resolution of problems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee operational aspect of the ERP development and maintenance
  • Support internal users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the ERP system
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve integration issues between the ERP system and other platforms.
  • Data management and maintenance (products info, prices)
  • Documentation (documenting processes and activities)

Job requirements

  • You are fluent in English
  • You have an analytical and problem solving mindset
  • You are proficient with Excel and Spreadsheets
  • You have experience with ERP systems, experience with Odoo is an advantage
  • You have good numerical skills, statistics and programming knowledge are an advantage
  • You have strong communication skills and able to think proactively
  • You can deal well with challenges and fast pace environments
  • You can work independently as well as in team
  • You have at least Bachelor thinking level, Master level is preferred
  • You are available for 32 to 40 hours/week
